Meanwhile, Sri Lanka maintains political neutrality, which enables us to cooperate with Western, Eastern, European, and Middle Eastern countries. In recent days, the delegation has also entered Colombo Port City, a key project of the "the Belt and Road" jointly built by China and Sri Lanka.
